Join us at elegant Brook Valley Country Club for a delightful evening of fun, fantasy and celebration of the felines of Beare Garden Plantation Animal Rescue. Cocktail hour is followed by a seated dinner party with a magnificent meal created by Chef Dave and Chef Kendrik. One beer/wine selection will be included for each paid admission. A full cash bar will be available during the entirety of the event. A silent auction will feature all sorts of great finds such as jewelry from Bailey’s and other local Jewelers, art, “Cats” Memorabilia, sports collectibles, gift certificates, furniture, pet items…all things that are the Cat’s Meow. You might even encounter a feline or two from the Broadway Musical, Cats. Beare Garden Plantation Animal Rescue has saved nearly 500 cats and dogs in less than two years. Other community impact includes providing food, litter, medicine, spay/neuter and veterinary care for animals in need in our community. Twelve counties have been served by BGP, though the focus is on Pitt, Greene and Lenoir Counties. All funds go directly to the care of our animals. We are a non-profit NC licensed rescue shelter under The Community Foundation of NC East, a 501c3 charity.
